Cute studio right next to beach

Cute studio, nice having a yard for our dog while we stayed and it was so close to the ocean just a block away. During low tide the beach is nice to walk and the area was very dog friendly.

Was a wonderful weekend, celebrating a family birthday and enjoying Scituate. This property was perfect---amazing location and so nice. The owners/property managers could not have been better and we cannot wait to return for our next visit with our family in Scituate! Thank you!!

Honeymoon

Lovely studio in a great neighborhood with ocean access. Accessible to Boston and also traveled to Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Very memorable

Adorable little apartment

It’s hard to find dog friendly places but this studio was perfect for my dog, boyfriend, and me! It felt very safe, very short walk to the beach, adorable neighborhood, and the bed was comfy. Only complaint was that the dishes weren’t clean. This seems to be a problem at many rentals I’ve stayed in so I always wash everything before using it. It had everything needed in the tiny kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Bathroom/shower good. No space whatsoever to put anything though.Toaster over was disgusting.4 identical small Saucepans, and 1 had mold growing in it. No frying panWas not told when booking it was a basement apartment.Someone else's clothes were in 2 of the drawers.Bed, v. comfortable, had to be moved in order to get to the bathroom at night. Admittedly easy as the floors are hardwood.Sorry Evolve - but we won't be booking with you again.

Just as advertised

The property owners were responsive to a request for our check out time and to an email with a concern I had. The access to food, bars, and groceries were around 10-15 minutes away by car. If I were to go back, I’d take more groceries as the small fridge was just enough for a weekend trip. I would consider the rental again. Just getting tired of the fees that practically double the two night stay. Beach access was perfect - anytime you can hear the ocean, makes for a quality stay.
