Brand new kitchen designed to perfection with beautiful quartz countertop, gas stove top, Samsung appliances including a new Smart Microwave and Oven Combo with Steam Cooking and Convection Cooking in Stainless Steel. Kitchen also comes with an upright freezer with 17 Cu Ft capacity.
A 5-stage water filter provides the house with purified safe drinking water. The water filter also supplies the fridge and ice-maker for purified clean ice.
A large half acre lot offers ample space for outdoor activities. Cul-de-sac location offers privacy and great neighbors.
