Let me start with the positives. Location was outstanding. Very walkable to all the sites and restaurants. There was also great communication from the property. Forban extra $10 we were able to drop our bags off in the room until checkin. The property felt very safe. There was a door code for the front door and the floor door. The bathroom in the room was also remodeled and clean. I wish i could say that about the rest of the room. The walls, ceiling fan, carpet, and couch were filthy. The couch was more the size of a loveseat and was very uncomfortable. It did the job but probably won't stay here again.

Does not look like the picture on VRBO

First of all, this place does not look like the post on VRBO. Very very small. It was ok with us, but it doesn’t mention that you have to get off the 5th floor elevator and climb a flight of stairs to the 6th floor. I was told that after I made the reservation. The first night we got back to the room, there was only one bath towel and one face cloth. When I messaged the owner, they asked if they could bring it the next day. We did like the location of the place though.

Great place for a weekend get away... great location to catch the subway. Near great shopping, grocery, restaurants, theater and Boston Commons.

Great location!

While small, the apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. Great location on the same street as several fantastic restaurants, around the corner from the theater, just down from Beacon Hill and the subway station.

Outstanding location, but that couch is a child's couch. I also had a hard time getting information on how to get in. There are a series of codes needed in order to access the building, floor and room. It wasn't super clean, but wasn't disgusting either. I have been waiting (4) months for the refund of my security deposit, though. I have yet to see a dollar of that.
