Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is ideal for an extended stay in Boulder. Located on the north side of town, it offers easy access to the trail system, is within walking distance to a grocery store and coffee shop, and provides quick access to downtown Boulder. We especially loved the second bedroom and half bath, which made hosting guests during our stay a breeze, and the rooftop patio was fantastic. The management company was outstanding—they left a thoughtful welcome gift, were incredibly responsive, and provided excellent recommendations for must-try local restaurants. We can’t wait to return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was clean and tidy. The company was wonderful to work with. They scrambled to find us another location when the one we booked had a bad hot water heater. That part was much appreciated.I wouldn’t book this place again really because the traffic noise was loud if you slept downstairs. Also, the shower upstairs (the only one) wasnot able to regulate temperature.
