Conditions were sub-par but everything else was good. The room was clean and the area is safe and quiet with many restaurants and gas stations nearby. Breakfast was a little lacking- they had toast, yogurt, donuts, danish, fruit, juice, coffee, oatmeal, and cereal. It was fresh though. Overall, good enough at a low price that I'd go back.

The hotel was what you would expect in that price range for an older hotel. Rundown, dirty, grout, dumpy lobby actually rat traps outside the building, sticky floors. But the continental breakfast was good and the TV was also very good.

The room was clean, however, the light over the sink flickered constantly, the water pressure was on and off and it sputtered so showers were a little difficult washing long hair. Other than that it was great. The hotel is sitting in pretty much a central area to everything from Mammoth Cave to Kentucky Downunder. Dinosaur World is just over the Hwy from the hotel.

Sticky floors, ceiling flakes falling. Toilets that didn’t flush. Non smoking rooms reak like cigarettes. Type of place you put a sleeping bag on the bed.

Was dirty had massive ants switched rooms. Almost half of the room was flooded from the upstairs neighbor. Then the owner came to look and was very rude about the ants. Went to our 3rd room to where there was blood on the bedding so 3 rooms later we ended up leaving before our stay was over and didn’t get refunded for the remains part of our stay there. Will never go back there. Advertised an outdoor pool online but it’s seasonal and was closed for our stay. Only nice thing there was the open yard to play catch in with the kids.

Good for the price. We chose a motel instead of camping at Mammoth Caves National Park because it's very cold this March. The room was comfortable and affordable and I'm a good location for us to visit Mammoth Caves and Diamond Caverns. A little more care with cleaning would make for a better rating. There were a few hairs in the bathtub and slight stains on some of the towels. However, we would stay here again despite that, as the price was better here than anywhere else and the location was perfect.

Breakfast includes Bagel, Bread, cerial, yogurt, mini donuts, danish, coffee, tea and juice. Nearby to several fast food restaurants like pizza hut, subway, tacobell, wendys and right off the I65 and like 20 min from Mammoth cave. The room that we were alloted first had bunch of dead bugs. We requested a change of room and it was reallocated right away and it was much better.
