Lovely and cozy studio apartment minutes from white sandy beaches, IMG Academy, Sarasota, Theaters, dining and UTC Mall. Located in Bradenton, FL minutes from Sarasota and Tampa International Airports. The studio includes a private separate entrance, private bathroom, wifi, a kitchenette with full size fridge, Keurig, and stove top. There is a washer/dryer combo in the unit and also an EV Car charging station. Minutes from Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, award winning Siesta Key Beach and 15 minutes from St. Armand’s Circle. Pets are welcome (limit 15 lbs) for a small fee ($25)

Simple studio near Bradenton

The property looks just like the pictures and is clean and well-maintained. The property owners are very nice, flexible and easy to communicate with. My daughter and I really only slept and showered there but it was a perfect, quiet little place to rest our heads. We enjoyed our stay.

We found this studio clean and furnished with refrigerator, microwave, sink, table, twin beds & tv. It was perfect for the 2 of us. I made coffee every morning and ate out the rest of the time. Very convenient to the beaches (about 15 .minutes. I would recommend this place.

It is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Clean, not far from stores or beach. I was down the street from family. In my stupidity, I locked myself out. It took over 2 hours for owner to send cleaning person to let me in. I was outside from 7:20 to 10:10. I was on my way to church.

What a find!

Property was everything you would ever need.Comfortable beds ,full size fridge, toaster, a Keurig with a supply of pods, beach chairs , hair implements, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Hopefully I will be able to enjoy this rental again.

Had to shorten our vacation

Had to shorten our vacation as I was admitted to the hospital, seriously ill, for 6 days. We love the Bradenton, Palmetto area. Will come back to the area again. Jerry and Dima are excellent hosts. Nice neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do.

A little getaway

Being a little nervous, staying in a residential area, we were pleasantly surprised! Nice neighborhood and less than 15 minutes to the water. Plenty of room for two! Full size fridge was nice.

The house that is connected has dogs so my son heard barking and he had driven 14 hours and needed rest. Also you can smell food cooking. They had a curry type cooking odor around midnight, so he had to leave the place until the smell dissipated around 3am. He was working the next day. The location was nice and safe, and neighbor was pleasant to talk to, but being connected to the house you can hear and smell things. The bed on the left side had long black hair on the sheets and he knows they are not his short brown hair. Overall pleasant stay but these notes are for the owners. Thank you
