「While it topically "looked" like the listing, it was in bad shape. Overwhelming mildew smell upon entering, stains on blinds & book shelf, stains on couch, missing vertical blind slats, marks on walls/baseboards, mildew on shower caddy suction cups, peeling paint, visible TERMITE DAMAGE on baseboards, BLACK MOLD on bedroom window sill, mildew on hammock cushion, ripped lounge chairs, ketchup stains on table/chair cushion. We originally booked 2 nights. We arrived later in evening to this mess...

I was also a bit affected by the noise from people walking in the main house above, which was noticeable—especially when trying to sleep past 8 a.m. I wouldn’t recommend communicating with the host through the VRBO app, as I didn’t receive any responses.」

"I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there."
