「This was exactly as shown in the photos which was modern and sleek with a great kitchen. The neighborhood was okay but a bit farther from the subway than was ideal for us. We have recommended a few areas that needed fixing such as drawers or places for luggage.」

「The entire downstairs of the house is at your disposal. Super modern, clean, all amenities available. The host, Jennifer, is charming and pleasant and super helpful. The only "issue" (and I state this in very slight terms) was gaining access with the touch lock...didnt know exactly how to use it and had to disturb the host to show us (late arrival). Definitely would stay here again !!!」

「We stayed at the house for UMASS graduation. It comfortably fit the family and the place was in good shape. Sparse on the decorations but clean. Locations to UMASS is great but you are on a main road with loud traffic if you're not used to it. House came stocked with amenities and beds were all neat, clean and made when we got there. No complaints and would recommend this home.」

The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」
