Não pretendo me hospedar novamente neste hotel. Estrutura precária. Fiquei sem poder entrar no apartamento por mais de 15 minutos porque a bateria da fechadura descarregou. Tive que ir a recepção por pelo menos três vezes

Instalações muito antiga e os moveis danificados bem diferente das fotos, café da manhã todos os dias o mesmo cardápio sem variedade. E o pior foi a recepcionista dar o cartão de um quarto que tinha hospede ainda no quarto... Entro no quarto me deparo com um homem na cama, pensa na situação constrangedora.

Absolutamente terrível. Entornos desertos e o estacionamento é público, na rua. Cobrança de taxa não descrita na reserva; bichos (mariposas) no quarto; arrumaram o quarto mesmo com o “não perturbe”; pedi talheres pelo interfone, o atendente se comprometeu a levar ao meu quarto e jamais levou (quando liguei de novo, ele disse apenas que estava ocupado); lençóis furados; e o cúmulo, o profissional de limpeza simplesmente esvaziou todo o conteúdo da lixeira do banheiro dentro do vaso sanitário, causando - obviamente - um entupimento que só foi resolvido 2 dias depois. Entre outros problemas, tantos que mal consigo enumerar. Únicos pontos positivos: o café da manhã e a cama razoavelmente confortável.
