「Amazing place. Came for a long weekend. Wonderful property, the room was wonderful which included full kitchen and living room. The bed was very comfortable. Windows open all day and night. Definitely coming back. 」

「Loved the condo. Didn’t like the stairs. Other than when we checked in, never could talk to clerk on duty - doors locked in the morning at 9:30 and locked at 3:30 PM. Suggest to change out lamps in master - chains hard to pull. My wife liked the larger garbage container in master bath; also suggests toilet paper holder in guest bath be moved - too close to the commode. Good coffee maker, TV, furniture and bed.」

「We enjoyed our stay. We never saw any staff, which worked out just fine because their process & facility are executed in a very thoughtful manner. It is beautifully furnished and appointed. However we were unaware the elevator only ran to second floor and we had stairs to our third floor room. My wife is disabled and we were able to make it work without any negative feelings. We probably would not stay here on our next trip to Breckenridge, but will recommend it to family & friends. 」

「Located next to the river (so beautiful view), covered parking and in the center of town so an easy walk to restaurants, nightlife and shops.」

「We had a great stay in the unit. It is a small studio as described , but had everything we needed- comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. It is in a prime location, just a few steps away from Main Street and Breck connect gondola. Owner Ned is very responsive, easy to communicate. Definitely would recommend for a single traveler or a couple .」

「Everything was ready when we arrived. It was clean and close to downtown Breckenridge. They communicated very well with me before and during my stay which was awesome. Highly recommended! 」

「The property was clean and well kept. There were great amenities available throughout the property. Host was responsive to any questions and check-in was easy. Allowed pets which was nice with having a dog. 」

「This space was very cozy for two people, and very clean upon arrival. Check in was a smooth process, a few minutes away from the building. We accidentally locked our key in the room after 10pm and someone came to the building with a key in a matter of minutes! This was a perfect space for watching the snow fall, and the stream right outside our deck was very relaxing. I’d stay here again!」
