We LOVED this house !!!

Fantastic, sprawling house perfect for families. The kids had the entire downstairs to themselves with pool table and poker table. Proximity to Trygve's run made it super convenient for everyone to come on and off the mountain as they pleased. Pristine property. Property management was accessible and helpful. Would stay here every time we visit Breck if possible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location and the house itself was amazing. Our extended family gathered here for 6 nights over New Years. It was great for 15 people - 9 adults, 4 older teens, 2 children (4 & 6). The house was well-maintained and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep, spread out, or be all-together. We ate dinner together each night. The kitchen tools were well-stocked and the dining table and island were great for all of us to eat together. The access to the slopes was amazing. The house is located on Peak 8 and is the 2nd house on a private trail off of Trygve’s Platter (very easy green slope). “Ski-out” was a very short walk to the hill where you could ski down to the Peak 8 base area with numerous lifts. Ski-in was super easy. You could ski down Trygve’s, ski onto the private trail and literally ski right up to the back door. Some of our family didn’t ski, so they took advantage of the very convenient BMMA shuttle which picks you up at the end of the driveway. Easy to get to One Ski Hill Place (at Peak 8 base) and access the bowling (call ahead for a reservation) and pool, easy to get to Downtown as well as Gondola stops and the City Market grocery store (Kroger-owned). We also all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of activities. Do note that the pictures show 2 laundry areas, but the one off of the bunk room is locked. The property manager is very responsive to any questions you may have.I highly recommend staying at Ski Hi Lodge. Everyone in our family loved it!

Excellent weekend vacation with eight adults and three little children. The property is impeccably maintained. There are no televisions in the bedrooms. We found that to be a positive experience. We all gathered around the large kitchen table that accommodated at 12 people. The hot tub was wonderful. You have two King bedroom suites with a fireplace, shower and a large soaking tub. The double vanities and three of the bathrooms are amazing. It is very easy to get in and out of town. We would definitely come back.

Best house ever

We stayed with a group of 12 my husband and I and our closest friends for a late season ski trip. The house was beautiful and easily accommodated all of us with plenty of extra room, check in was super simple. The shuttle was so easy to use and all the drivers were so nice. One of them even put on a light show and did party music for us. the ski in ski out was so great as well. All in all my favorite house we have ever rented in Breck.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home!

This gorgeous house is just the thing for a large family gathering. We had two families of grown kids/couples plus a brand new infant. Plenty of room for sleeping, eating, cooking, and enjoying. We've enjoyed this place so much that we came back for a second year! Highly recommend.

Family Vacation in Breckinridge

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There were 16 of us and everyone had a great time. Our 8 grandkids loved the game room and the bunk room. Perfect for them! Timber trail is a beautiful cabin and top of the line! River Ridge Rentals we’re great to work with. Thank you for such a great experience!

Great place for a large family!

We had a wonderful summer get-together with an extended family in the house. We were amazed that with all the bunks filled, the house could sleep 34! So our 15 cousins fit with ease. Beautiful views, fabulous kitchen, and lots of fine fixtures. A delight!

Amazing house

We had seven people in our family stay and had another 10 family members over for a couple of dinners. The house was amazing. Everyone was impressed by the beauty of the construction and the space to spread out. Everyone had a place to go to play or have quiet time. Communication with the staff was seamless, and very responsive. I could not give a higher recommendation.

Beautiful home, accommodated our large group comfortably

From check in to check out, our vacation was seamless. This large home accommodated our 15 family members comfortably with extra room to spare. It’s located a very short walk to Peak 8 Trygve’s run with a short ski down to the lifts. One of our favorite parts of the home was the large ski/locker room where we could all get ready to head out together without stepping on each other’s toes. In the afternoon and evenings we took advantage of the hot tub, games and pool table. The bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Perfect House for our Family Ski Trip!!!

First of all, the property management company was amazing - always responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns. When we arrived, the house was spotless clean and in perfect order. It was well-supplied with everything we needed and it was spacious with plenty of room for our large group. The ski and locker rooms were awesome...perfect for storing our ski gear, gearing up, and then skiing back in to a warm fireplace after a day on the slopes! We loved the house and had a fabulous time making memories in it to last a lifetime.

It's a locker room where everyone has their space for all gear. Forgot to mention the two way fireplace in this room that goes out to the hot tub. There is a separate board/ski room for dropping off gear and boots. Kitchen / dining room / great room on the main floor has all the space you need. Downstairs puts the cherry on top. Bar area with pool table, poker table, and another lounging area with TV and fireplace. Two masters, two queen rooms, a bunk room with 8 Queen size bunks. I could go on and on. Twenty yard walk to the slopes and on the way home, you could open a door and ski right into the house! Will definitely stay at this house every time we ski Breck.
