Summer trip with friends

We enjoyed our second stay here at snowy point chalet. It is a well appointed beautiful home in a great location. It has a great layout for multiple families. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect spot for our family ski trip

Property worked out perfectly for our family ski trip! Good location - it's a short drive to town and a very short walk to skiing. House itself is comfortable, clean, well maintained. No problems whatsoever.

Beautiful in every way

This home was very easy access to the 4’oclock run. Truly a ski in ski out property. It had everything our family needed for a fun and active stay. The property rental company was easy to work with and took care of two problems we had. The garage and ski room were especially useable and set up well.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. House was well stocked with everything we needed and the customer service was excellent. The shuttle was also a great perk and easy to use.

Over all a very nice house and location. There were a small number of minor issue that didn't effect out ability to enjoy some family time and skiing. This is a hoise we would consider stayimg atvagain.

Home base for Breck summer

Great home base for our week-long Breckenridge summer getaway : Beautiful, spacious, well-maintained and very well-appointed home in a very central location : gondola and downtown easy few minutes walk downhill, Peak 8 base per gondola or a few minutes walking uphill. Plenty of summer activities on the mountain and in the area. Abundant space for the family within, we loved it !

the property far exceeded our expectations and description ... checkin and checkout process was seamless ... we have stayed at numerous VRBO's internationally in the past and snowy point chalet was provisioned more completely than any other ... true attention to all the details ... would highly recommend

Check-in key pad at house did not work when we arrived. Maintenance had to be called. There was a leak in the ceiling of the laundry room. Maintenance had to be called. The downstairs door to outside hot tub did not lock. Maintenance had to be called. The dishwasher was installed improperly and fell forward with dishes. Maintenance had to be called. The lower oven did not work. We were told it would be addressed. Maintenance never addressed. The day we left to close up house, electricity went out for about three hours. When asking for trash pickup, they came but also took one of our trash cans. Otherwise, the house was very well stocked for kitchen appliances and utensils. There are no screens on any windows. There needs to be an in-house booklet on how to operate the tv and anything dealing with electronics in house. We are not sure of these issues are issues with the rental management company or the owner.

Beautiful Home near Town

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This first part is for the management company. We had a bit of a rough start. Our first home rented with Paragon had a furnace issue and we were moved to this one 24hrs prior. Not a big deal. My issue was with receiving the address to the new place. I was worried I had been scammed. I had been in contact with them all day and they kept saying they would send address as soon as it's ready, check in was at 4pm. Never did. It wasn't until 7pm I finally got the address but only because I had called their emergency service line. The Paragon staff were very courteous, and professional. But, I felt they were a bit misleading when telling me about the construction. The lady told me it was near completed. There was construction on both sides and no privacy. One home is near completed the other has half a roof on, not anywhere near completed. The driveway was block with a crane for awhile and we couldn't get in or out. Now for the house: This is a very beautiful home with excellent furnishings and close to town 5-7mins drive for us. You will need 4wd during winter. The beds and bedding were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone. The kids loved the hottub and I loved the steam shower. House was large enough for all 6 of us to spread out. The kitchen was wonderful with everything you need except cooking spray or oils. The outside lights to the grill did not work so we were stuck grilling in the dark each night. The views you can see are pretty but most are blocked by the other homes in front of you, they are very close to each other with little privacy. We did get to see a moose one day outside of the master bedroom window which faces some trees, Highlight for all of us. Even with a rough start to our trip this was a excellent family vacation with lots of laughs and I would rent from Paragon Properties again.

The management company was very responsive which we appreciated so much - but we had a lot of maintenance issues; dishwasher didn't work, hot tub didn't work, heat in the living room didn't work, electric blinds in the living room did not work, many outlets were not working, sinks didn't drain properly. The management team did their best to deal with these issues - but were not able to fix them while we were there. But, they tried their very best to accommodate us! We really appreciated that. They wanted to make us happy - and that meant a lot. But, they need to get these items fixed for such a top-class/expensive property.
