Spacious 1050 sq. ft. luxury 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom upstairs apartment in the exclusive Wiesshorn section, located less than 1/2 mile from the town. At the end of the street (200 feet) avail of the local bus to bring you in to town or to the ski lifts!

It is fitted with a open plan kitchen with high end appliances, a dining area that seats six with a kitchen bar seating. Living room includes a gas fireplace, couch, two comfortable arm chairs, a 32'' plasma HDTV..

The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably, with a king size bedroom, queen bedroom and queen sofa sleeper of hotel quality for maximum comfort, each has a private bathroom & TV in both bedroom.

Just off the kitchen, enjoy some relaxing time on the deck equipped with a BBQ grill, brand new 8 person hot tub, patio table & chairs.

Other features... Wifi accessible, washer/dryer, heated garage with parking for one car. Access apartment via private outdoor deck or indoor stairs in main entryway.

Pre summer holiday

We enjoyed our Wed-Sun stay! We found the unit to be comfortable and gave our family of 3 enough space to spread out. We walked to town couple of times and the grocery is a quick drive. This is mud season so activities are limited in town but we brought plenty of board games to amuse us.

Excellent place to stay close to skiing and town

Norma’s 2 bedroom garage apartment was very spacious and private as the unit is above a 3 car garage so you don’t have any neighbors above or below. We really enjoyed the private hot tub and the garage parking plus additional space in front of garage was wonderful.

Off season weekend

Comfortable space for 2 couples, great location and views. I really want to give 5 stars but we were afraid to get in the hot tub adding weight to a deck already showing signs of stress under the weight of hot tub, only 2 of the four burners on grill lit taking forever to cook our chicken and the last morning the oven would not heat up. All the things we chose Vrbo over a hotel for. They were accommodating when we arrived in town early and let us check in with an immediate response, however when I text to ask where to find information on what to do at checkout, I received a canned welcome response. Though if I knew those few things were fixed, I would stay there again in a heartbeat as the rest was quite nice for two couples.

The views of the Mtns. are beautiful. Future guests, open all the blinds. Another plus, close to Town. Personally, I would get rid of the dusty fake plants.

Beautiful Breckenridge

Such a beautiful and spacious apartment. It’s convenient to shops, restaurants and skiing. Mother Nature provided a big snowstorm, so the fireplace and hot tub were much appreciated!

Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath close to downtown

This was our second year staying at the property; this year was a 10 day stay. We love that the property is dog friendly and within walking distance to downtown. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you need to prepare meals. Definitely plan on staying at this property again in the future.

Private and comfortable

This place was great. Close enough to town to walk. Very private, we especially loved the private hot tub. Garage parking was a huge plus. Norma was great with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. The heated floors were also great! We will be back again

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this property, and Norma was a fantastic owner. We had some minor issues, and Norma was easy to reach and always helped. The property is located a short walk from town, and is accessible by free trolley if needed. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Nice place close to Breckenridge

Cozy place, plenty big for 4 adults. About a 1 mile walk into town, but with the elevation and going uphill the walk back from town felt long. I didnt really notice or discover it until late in my stay, but TONS of hiking and mountain bike trails all over right by the house. Wish i would have taken better advantage of that. A great place to stay close to town.

Wonderful, cozy place!

This was our second stay at this property and we hope to be back again. It is in a great location, quiet neighborhood close to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. Having a garage is a plus and we loved sitting in the hot tub as the snow was falling. Highly recommend -- and they have upgraded the wifi - and it is very fast! Norma was very responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect location

Property was in great location. It was perfect for my family. We used free public transportation just down the street. So very convenient. The hot tub was a plus. We had snow and the driveway was cleaned right away. I would definitely stay at this property again

Great Breckinridge rental

Rental was perfect for our family getaway. Location is close to town with option to use free bus nearby. The hot tub a nice treat, and it had a great view. The rental is over a three car garage, so climbing stairs is a must. Owner was friendly and receptive to a few suggestions. Overall would recommend!
