Beautiful Boutique Hotel

We had a very relaxed time at the hotel. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood and we found it very peaceful, rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it and I would stay here again

Manager “Tieko” had no problem letting us check in well before. Courteously cooking 5 eggs for breakfast as requested. Pleasant, comfortable room with bathroom. Can highly recommend!

Beautiful little hotel with lovely grounds outside town. No close by places to eat. The room was small but well furnished and clean, We chose to not have breakfast due to Travel plans.

Great Experience

My stay at this hotel was most memorable. The staff are very nice and very professional, warm and helpful. The room was clean and made up every day. The place has parking, plenty of shops nearby and a lovely peaceful walk to the center of Breda. Keep up the excellent service and see you soon on my next trip.

So very worth the stay

This place is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there. The owner and staff were amazing and friendly. The courtyard was beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. We had a word experience and would definitely come back

De kamers en vooral badkamers waren niet proper. De kamers waren ook verouderd. We hadden fietsen gehuurd, maar deze waren in zeer slechte staat.

Für Geschäftsreisende unbrauchbar

Dieses Hotel ist für Geschäftsreisend total unbrauchbar. Sowohl bei Check-In als auch beim Check Out war kein Personal da. Stattdessen wurde für den Check-In per Whatsapp Kontakt aufgenommen und geschrieben wo der Schlüssel hinterlegt ist. Die Angaben „Bar“ als auch „rund um die Uhr besetzte Rezeption! stimmen nicht! Am Morgen, so denkt man, sollte man das teuer mit gebuchte Frühstück ab 7 Uhr bekommen. Fehlanzeige. Bis 8:15 war bis auf einen weiteren verärgerten Gast kein Angestellter oder Eigentümer da. Ich habe dann das Hotel hungrig verlassen… Eine auf den Firmennamen ausgestellte Rechnung habe ich bisher auch nicht bekommen, stattdessen nach mehrfachen Anfragen aber eine falsch ausgestellte Rechnung bei der nicht mal das nicht erbrachte Frühstücksbuffet abgezogen worden ist. Das grenzt an Betrug! Es war das schlechteste Hotel meines Lebens. (Ich ein Vielreisender mit über 500 nachweisbaren Übernachtungen). Im Waschbecken waren dann auch noch die Haare der vorigen Gäste…..

Heel mooi hotel en een prachtige kamer waar wij in verbleven. Zeer gezellig en stijlvol ingericht en super goede locatie, dicht bij het centrum en tal van eetgelegenheden. Vriendelijke gastvrouwen met goede smaak! Heerlijk en gevarieerd ontbijt ook elke dag. Tip om misschien een prijskaart toe te voegen bij de minibar zodat je weet hoeveel je betaalt aan drank. Wij vielen nogal achterover van de uiteindelijke prijs die wij moesten betalen... Het verblijf op zich was ook eerder aan de prijzige kant gezien het eigenlijk een standaard kamer was met kleine badkamer met kleine douche. Er waren geen extra faciliteiten buiten zaken die je in een simpele hotelkamer ook zou terugvinden.. Wat ook wat tegenviel was mijn beddek waarop nog enkele bedenkelijke vlekken zaten. Of misschien vlekken die er niet meer uitgeraakten? Geen idee, maar ik legde er voor de zekerheid toch het extra deken bovenop. Ook was het niet echt duidelijk of de bar 's avonds ter beschikking was voor gasten. We hadden namelijk met dit mooie weer graag eens in de tuin gezeten met een glaasje. Dit was namelijk ook één van de redenen waarom wij voor dit hotel hadden gekozen.Toch hele mooie herinneringen aan ons verblijf in Breda!

For us the location was great and easy to get to by car. The lady who checked us in, was friendly and informative. The room was big enough especially for one night. The only minus points for that room was, with it being at the top, was the stairs. Also, at points in the room, you banged your head, if you didn’t take care.
