「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by.
This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster).
Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends.
We would recommend this property.」

「The communication was inconsistent. They make promises they dont keep - like grocery orders they forget to purchase, and pantry access for more toilet paper that you can't access. Instead they changed my room access code due to "miscommunication". The floor was filthy, it turned my white socks actually black, and the room was suffocatingly hot. The price was equal to a decent hotel in a much nicer area, but I booked it for the convenience of a washer/dryer. That machine was a nightmare that...

「I landed at 7:55 a.m. and arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., yet check‑in was only available from 3 p.m. Dragging a 29‑inch suitcase and a 24‑inch suitcase together with my three children, I felt utterly frustrated — why is check‑in not until 3 p.m.! Then the property manager came over. After talking with me, she allowed me to leave my luggage in the storage room so I could take the children out for food. She was really kind.
When I returned after 3 p.m., I collected the keys and got into the...
