「I’m not to sure why this place is so highly rated. The check in was abit of a joke, they wanted me to scan a code then fill all my details in first, which I didn’t realise I was paying a large sum of money to also do their job. The rooms were very dated and worn, constant sound of dripping I’d say the plumping needs sorting. Food I have no idea I didn’t eat there but apparently it’s good I also don’t agree having to put down an amount on check in incase of damage, considering the place looks...

「we stayed in the hay loft which was perfect for the 3 of us. it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. breakfast was included and was excellent- good selection and excellent quality ingredients. would definitely recommend」

「Fabulous experience at the Glasshouse. Lovely room, wide range of classes and such tasty, nutrtious food. Visited in September for a few days midweek and found a very relaxed, peaceful retreat. It offers a great opportunity to detox if that's what you want, or a luxurious treat to have 3 couse dinners and wine if you don't. The staff are all friendly and helpful and offer taster sessions for things like Tai Chi and Cryotherapy alongside traditional spa treatments. A nice touch was a dining...

「Very well renovated room in lovely grounds. Good breakfast, friendly staff, would stay again 😀 」

「Room is very clean. Good breakfast. It has to notify the front desk to clear room and provide new towel. Poor WiFi speed. 」

「Lack of amenities. There was no intercom or phone for calling reception. Booked two rooms and it was interconnected but asked team several time to unlock door which they kept giving excuses. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available.」

「Very good but just looking a bit tired. Sheets and carpets could do with an upgrade.」

「Off the beaten path! Not close to the train station and eating establishments which made it a little challenging. 」

「Great location close to restaurants 」

「The hotel and room were very clean and the fan came in very handy as it was extremely hot. Our towels were changed every day. Breakfast was available if we wanted it. The room's window overlooked St Michael's Church and some trees, which made it quite pleasant. I would recommend it for a short stay as it is fairly central if travelling locally.」

「Staff from hotel are all very friendly and helpful but Definetly wont pay this amount of money to stay in this hotel. The room is a bit old and there are something like blood inside the bathtub , wifi couldn't reach the room」

「Excellent stay in luxury Shepherds Hut with all you could need. Sorry we didnt get to use the log burner, but we were out every night at the excellent pub restaurants near by. Thank you.」

「Fantastic location to get into Central London - the tube is about 200m from the hotel, but it's still in a quiet area tucked away from the main road. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, the hotel was clean & the parking was great. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good value. Our room was one of the older ones in the property, so it was very tired and needed some updating - that said, it has all the amenities you'd need, it was clean, and everything worked! It was extremely warm as we...
