“Rooms are on the small side but clean and functional. Staff friendly.”

“It was absolutely unbearable in the room as there was no aircon and we were given one fan that barely did anything. We couldn’t sleep at all due to the heat. We also had 2 rooms so my daughter’s room was even worse as that had no fan! If a hotel has no aircon, maybe state that in the advert”

“We stayed here while at the State Fayre festival and will definitely stay here again if there is another festival next year. Friendly staff, lovely gardens and comfortable rooms (although air conditioning would’ve been nice during the heatwave!) Only suggestion would be: upgrade the toiletries in the rooms please. Two tiny watery bottles is not enough!”

“Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the……

“Staff from hotel are all very friendly and helpful but Definetly wont pay this amount of money to stay in this hotel. The room is a bit old and there are something like blood inside the bathtub , wifi couldn't reach the room”
