“Great stay this hotel is perfectly situated next to Romford Station, the rooms are modern, clean and simplistic but effective in design. This is deal if you just need a place to sleep but doesn't have space to work. Its a modern walk in shower (none of the old bath in shower), slow release toilet seat, sensible sized open bin, great water pressure and temperature and 4 pillows on the bed. Wifi was strong, food was nice and reasonably priced. Its a perfect hotel for overnight stays or a few……

“Stayed at the Ivy Hill Hotel for a couple of nights visiting family for Christmas. An excellent hotel for a quiet break but within easy reach of London. Staff were fantastic. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast - both very nice. We were given a room upgrade and it was more spacious than our previous visit - very comfortable. Would definitely book again.”

“I had a fantastic stay at the Glass House retreat - the team were amazing! Friendly, supportive, and attentive, they made sure I felt right at home. My room was a treat: clean, bright, and airy, with a fabulous rainforest shower and super comfy bed. And wow, the food! Every dish was delicious, I wanted to take the chef home with me! There were loads of activities to keep me busy, and I left feeling refreshed and recharged.”

“Unser Aufenthalt war super. Alles lief reibungslos und wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir Christopher oder seine Frau jederzeit fragen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Lage war super, da die Bushaltestelle nur 2 min entfernt war und mit dem Underground war alles bestens erreichbar. Den PKW konnten wir vor der Tür parken. Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen.”

“Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the……

“Staff from hotel are all very friendly and helpful but Definetly wont pay this amount of money to stay in this hotel. The room is a bit old and there are something like blood inside the bathtub , wifi couldn't reach the room”

“My daughter and I (she's 4) stayed at the apartment for 11 weeks due to a flood at our house. As you can imagine I was very nervous/stressed about leaving our home, but I needn't have been. We have had a great time in the apartment. It felt like home instantly and we have really enjoyed the time that we have lived here. It has everything in it that you need. It's a great location as the town center is on your doorstop. Despite this the flat is quiet. You also get great views from the balcony-……
