  • Located in the City Centre, an elegant two-room apartment overlooking the rooftops of Brescia, served by a lift that leads directly into the house, with public parking in the immediate vicinity and the Piazza Vittoria metro stop at a 4-minute walk away.
    The apartment is ideal for anyone wishing to visit the city and its beautiful surroundings enjoying all the comforts offered by this central location, which makes it convenient even for those who need to stay in Brescia for work for short periods.

    Two large rooms: one used as a living room with a comfortable sofa, TV area, Wi-Fi system, table, and kitchen unit equipped with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc; the other with a large wardrobe, desk, air conditioning, and double bed.
    Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
    The apartment is served by double access, through stairs, or a lift, the latter leading directly inside the apartment, therefore ideal for people with disabilities.

Served our purposes exactly - central, well-appointed, near to everything we needed (apart from a microwave - that would have been helpful) and very smooth communication with Elisabettta. We're very likely to come back to Brescia, having family there, so will book again.

Wonderful location in old town Brescia. Close to the metro, grocery stores, and excellent restaurants. We used the apartment as a nice home base for train travel around the region, and it was perfect. The elevator was a big plus for getting our luggage in and out. The hosts were responsive and very good with communicating with us on getting into the apartment and other things we needed during our stay.
