"Never saw any staff no one at the front. They never sent my check in information as promised. Not sure why I have to chase them down to receive check in instructions it should have been provided to me. The phone number is rarely answered, when they do they promise to send items to the room then they never show. Very frustrating and poor service. We knew there was no check in desk but they are very slow and lazy getting back to people. We liked the room but also they say it sleeps 6 and there’s...
