「The house was bright, clean, modern, equipped with all facilities (such as pool and hot tub- always warm), BBQ, entertainment- TV’s in all rooms, pool table and fuzeball, pool toys, all necessary appliances and dishes. Perfect for all ages. It soon felt like home and was a much needed retreat after busy days at parks. Also liked that it was part of a resort and we also enjoyed the larger pool, play area, and lazy river. Would recommend and also hope to go back.」

「This was our first time renting a condo over a private villa when traveling to the area and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was and private the outdoor space felt. 「Property was as described. House was clean. Every communication with the property manager was answered promptly. The only glitch had was the original access code didn’t work but it was resolved in 20 minutes. Two things that would make a great house even better would be the addition of a few lounge chairs and a grill around the pool.」

「We stayed 2 nights with 2 young kids. We had a blast outside with the wave pool, lazy river and water slides. The room was ok. Beds were comfy. The coffee maker was not clean and when we moved the side table to eat there was something gross on under it. Otherwise the place was very clean. Everyone was very nice minus a lady in the cafe. Overall great little staycation with the kids. 」

Only a few minor issues: There was supposed to be coffee to gets us started and there was none. The internet went out first night which was required to operate the TVs I reached out about it and never heard back and never got fixed. The propane grill by the pool did not have propane. I reached out and was told I had to provide my own. Pretty silly since they last a very long...

「Hosts responded quickly. Paid for three days of pool & spa heat, and,while the heat was turned on, the spa jets didn't work (we were told- after paying- that they were waiting for a part). So, we didn't really get to use the spa. I bought a bottle of spray bleach to address some areas of mold in the shower (esp at the bend of the shower hose). Some plates in cupboard had food on. Husband noted water on the top of doorway going to a bedroom and buildup of dust on ceiling vent in living ving...

「This was a great place to relax and we really enjoyed the clubhouse with lazy river and water slide. One thing to note: this listing does not provide any toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap and items like that. We were traveling by plane and unexpectedly needed to go buy those items once we arrived. Other places we have stayed have at least given a few of these items to get you started.」

「Rooms were clean, and beds comfortable. Most dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. were on hand. Disappointed that there was no mention of Access card for community pool. Didn't get one till last day. There was no table outside to dine on in the pool area. No glass ware was to be taken to pool area, but no plastic cups, etc. was anywhere on site. Ad should also mention a Keurig is in kitchen. The pads on the lounge chairs were disgusting, and should be replaced.」
