But the little details that needed attention were lacking. We were pleased that the management responded to all of our concerns and sent staff to take care of repairs and pool issues. 「Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage.
