「Initially we had booked a King room. This was not very good and I would not recommend it as it was too small. We upgraded to a loft room (at a cost US$200/night) which was an excellent room and we were very pleased with spending the extra money. 「Had a great stay besides the issue of our TV not working. We told the man downstairs at the reception desk and he said he would get someone to look at it- we came back to our room and it was still not fixed. For paying over $300, we expected at least an update or anything. Not professional if you ask me.」

Construction was going on directly across the street from my room- Started EARLY! For the price I paid I would have expected to at least be informed that it was happening. That said, the staff were all very nice and helpful. The fact that you can hear the Jazz music in virtually every room wasn't as loud as I thought and it ended around 11.
