“The meal options were very good. I am a picky eater and I appreciated the variety. The food was also fresh and tasted pretty good. The staff was amazing and I appreciated that the most. There were some hiccups with our check-in and room accommodations, however I appreciated that the staff rectified it for us. We had no other issues throughout the duration of our stay. The customer service was awesome and that is a quality that hotels and resorts are hit or miss with now days. The resort location……

“The customer service was excellent - most staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is very ideal; there’s a mini supermarket across the road and the bus stop is right outside! The amenities was good. We had a late fight was able to store of luggage and use the hospitality room (toilet, shower and clean towels) to clean up before our flight - after a day at the beach! The room was spacious and good. But you get what you pay for! The partial ocean view room is more like MINIMAL……

The grounds itself are beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is a bit dated. However, the daily cleaning service was great! “First the good… The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience. Now the not so good… The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes. And, the unacceptable.., During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes……
