( HVAC filters needed cleaning for those guests with allergies,) The check-in policy is a bit cumbersome yet understandable given the potential liability issues but was hard to read on the small 3-inch credit card screen making you feel trapped and reliant on a clerk's trustworthy explanation. The hold is removed by BW at checkout and normally by the credit card bank within a day!"

As a side note, the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn’t work at all anyway."
