The check in process is the only reason that I rated this lower than Excellent because it was difficult to access app initially and I received no instructions until paperwork was satisfied which involved sending photos of selfies with ID's as well as CC selfie and this was not clear in booking which felt a bit off as I had never had to do this in past travels and bookings.」

「We stayed here for a week; with 2 day to arrive at the Gold Coast for fun. At first we were given a large room for 3 people. The place was big and nice; but the cleaning was average. But when we came back, we were given a room for 2 people. The 2-person room was not Problem. The problem is that there are many ants in this room. It must be improved. They walk around; in the kitchen; there are ants in the toilet and on the countertop. It is terrible.」

「Great position, close to shops, restaurants, railway, and all medical facilities, some things need fixing, exhaust fan in ensuite non operational, air con in main bedroom doesn't, seem to work, all air cons need filter clean, exhaust fan and light over the hot plate area non operational, otherwise all good.」
