"Lamp shade was off and no toilet paper on the roll on bathroom! Had a late flight and couldn’t have a late check out! You can use the pool gym ect but no room too shower and change clothes "

The staff member's actual words were: we have 350 rooms in this property, and you have a different room than all these people. You just have to wait. I could not believe that people like that could work in a hotel business with that kind of attitude and language. I'm never going there again. "

"Excellent location within 10-15 min walking distance of outlet mall & mertro to downtown. Free shuttle to airport is very quick & convenient and operates every 30 minutes both ways. Restaurant staff, bellman & shuttle driver were all very friendly & helpful. Room was specious & clean. We would definately stay here again."
