"This is a very tidy well presented accommodation. It has a good position in the city that allows you to easily explore. We did not find out until the last day that it is an attached dwelling with the owners. The car park was too steep and awkward to get the car into and not block owners access, there is good parking on the road beside the house. Once inside it is clean and exceptionally well layed out with loads of provisions to make your stay enjoyable. Easy to use kitchen if you decide to cook and washing machine.We had no contact with the owner while staying, but there was good txt communication prior and during our stay."

"I booked an economy twin room at the Alpaca Manor for a corporate stay. Manor is a short driving distance from important amenities including the Albany bus stop and the Albany Westfield Mall. The room I stayed in had wonderful amenities, including air conditioning/heating (such a treat in the colder weather) and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The room was very spacious, with plenty of beds, wardrobe space, and ample room to move around. The bed was comfortable and warm. Also..WIFI access. An en-suite bathroom is very important to me when I travel. This bathroom was AMAZING, with modern design elements and strong shower water pressure. The room also had a deck, which added a nice touch to the space. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend it to any travellers."

"We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about our experience. Thanks so much, and we hope to stay with you again some time in the future. "
