「It is a hotel with a great quality to price ratio. It offers mostly everything a 3 star hotel should have. I would underline some of the following positive aspects: - great cleanliness (they really do scrub and mop the floors, you can easily walk barefoot around the room without feeling dirty) - staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, in true Bruneian style (as we have recently found out) - the transport service is a nice touch and will save you some dollars on Dart (the local Uber). 「我从来没住过一家四星级酒店可以这么陈旧不舒服，进酒店走道就一股霉味，打开房间霉味更大，好像很久没人清洁过一样，被子是潮湿的，所有设备都是破破烂烂还不少灰尘，门内还有一扇内门能通往隔壁房间，虽然锁上了，但给人不安全的感觉，厕所设备感觉非常旧和脏，国内如家七天都比它好多了，一星酒店都给多了...」

「Room large and kept clean by housekeeping Front desk service lets property down, seems to be complete lack of customer service training. Breakfast not worth taking. Immediate area serves local tastes but too limited for o/s tourists. For transport must rely on Dart App and drivers. A system that appears to work ok like Malaysian Grab. 」

「The hotel condition is not too bad ,they offer free shuttle bus to airport and nearby Macdonald with free. If you like to gakong night market in your appointed schedule,they charged $30 for oneway . They also offer free shuttle bus to Time square and gakong market in thief time range . Regarding our stay in hotel ‘s suite ,the single room ‘s air conditioner is too cold .,but they lost the remote control to adjust it. My friend sleeped in living area sofa at night.It is a demerit of my stay.」

「The hotels staffs were very nice and friendly ! It's a quiet hotel not in the central city ! It's better you have drive a car ! Because taxi is not cheap ! They have some problems but I still had enjoyed my stay with them ! Could do much better so to get 5 stars review in the future......^____^......」
