“The staff were exceptionally friendly and nice! Every staff person I had contact with from the front desk to the restaurant were so friendly and eager to help. I had been given a room key to an occupied room and the staff, as well as the front desk manager, Martin, were extremely apologetic and accommodating in getting it straightened out. “The location suit my needs. Breakfast is better than other same rating hotel or motel. Room is clean and equipped with bath tub as advertised. The only problem is bath tub always leaking so I can not fully enjoy a hot tub.”

“It was pretty neutral ... I mean, what do we really need in a motel: a bed, bathroom, TV, dogs allowed ... all that was just fine. But then you meet the staff. And that's when you realize why people love this place. I've never met a staff more like long term friends than "workers". The staff makes this good motel a GREAT motel.”

“We had a 5 star stay at the Coast Burbank hotel. The facility was clean, the rooms were amazing, the staff is incredible. We did a quick 3 day trip to Universal Studios Hollywood, and Warner Brothers. The Coast picked us up from the airport, shuttled us to Universal and Warner Brothers and back to the airport. The staff and drivers were amazing and absolutely on time. We had an amazing stay. ”
