"I spent one night here as I was passing through Busan. Great view from the 19th floor, self checkin all worked well with details being sent via email. The room was great and it was in a good location for what I wanted."

"Hotel located at the Busan Finance quarter so not exactly in the tourist area, but with subway right at doorstep. Comfy and clean room, excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Only minus point is the internet connection is weak in room, good in lobby at reception. "

"If you book here, make sure to come early during check in time or confirm your reservation. Or don’t select reserve now, pay later option. We unfortunately had an experience where our room we reserved in advance was given away, because we arrived later (around 8pm). The couple that worked there said they didn’t know we were coming and had someone else book the room. They did however try their best to run to a couple other hotels around if they had any last minute space for us, however it was too late and we had to book another hotel on our own. The wife was pleasant and did her best, however it was still an overall bad experience. "
