Please note that this property is a timeshare, and our week is a floating week. However, we have a confirmed reservation for October 19-26, 2025. If you make a booking for October 19-26, 2025, VRBO will automatically accept the booking. Upon notification from VRBO, we will let you know that we have initiated the process of transferring our reservation into your name. We will upload your confirmed reservation into the VRBO system within 1-3 business days as soon as we receive the updated paperwork from the resort.
On the other hand, if you wish to book for any week other than October 19-26, 2025, you must first click on MESSAGE HOST. Please do not click on CHECK AVAILABILITY as all dates except October 19-26, 2025 are blocked on the Booking Calendar.
For 2025, I am able to book any available week other than Christmas and New Year's. For 2026 and all future years, I am only able to book 90 days in advance.
In your Message after you click CONTACT HOST, please list your preferred week and a couple of acceptable alternative weeks (if possible) so that we can contact the resort to determine if any of your selected week(s) are available. If any of the desired weeks are available, we will let you know so that you can confirm which week you want to book. We will then unblock that date on the Calendar and notify you to proceed with the booking. Once VRBO notifies us of the booking, we will notify you that we have initiated the process to pay any necessary fees to the resort, to change our existing reservation to your selected date, and to transfer the reservation into your name. We will upload the confirmation into the VRBO reservation system once we receive the updated paperwork from the resort, which normally occurs within 1-3 business days.
If you ATTEMPT to make a booking for any week other than October 19-26, 2025 by clicking on CHECK AVAILABILITY, VRBO will show that it is unavailable. Please click CONTACT HOST first as described above so that we can determine if your desired week is available.
Once the confirmation paperwork is completed and uploaded into the VRBO system, the Guest may contact the resort directly to arrange any desired concierge services or inquire about meal plans, etc.
