「Wir hatten trotz 3 Tagen Regen einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben es geliebt, morgens durch den Garten zu laufen und die Vögel und anderen Tiere zu beobachten. Ein kompliment auch an den Gärtner, der scheinbar unermüdlich den Garten und (trotz Dauerregen) den Pool pflegte. Auch das Green House war groß, komfortabel und die Betten bequem. Die Küchenausstattung war etwas eingeschränkt, aber ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse.」

「Bien que jolie avec une belle terrasse extérieure, cette maison manque d’entretien : porte de placard branlante, 2 lits qui grincent au moindre mouvement empêchant de dormir, un robinet de lavabo déscellé, micro-ondes en panne, porte d’entrée difficile à ouvrir, et interrupteurs difficiles à trouver. Nous avons été aussi un peu déçu de l’accueil froid de la propriétaire, pas franchement à l’écoute et peu prévenante: nous avons certes eu 1h de retard sur l’heure d’arrivée mais personne pour nous...

「Great staff we had problems with another hotel in the area due to cleanliness I contacted them and they helped get us in the room early so we could leave the bad hotel sooner. Super friendly super clean place. Nice staff and good drinks by the pool. The breakfast was delicious as well 」

「The bungalow was private and you can see toucans in your back yard. Isabella is amazing, she helped me order food for delivery in the rain, she helped organize excursions, she helped with bike rentals/organized tuk tuks, and recommended things to do around town/best sunsets. Anytime I am in Puerto Viejo I will stay at Villa Roca de Caribe for sure.」

「Staff was great, casitas were cute, pool was nice. The rooms however are not very sound proof. Other noisy guests there in the pool or nearby rooms can be heard very well. You can hear TV and other noises in the next casita. 」

「Will for sure return. We appreciated the tranquility and lack of artificial noise. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with generous portions; thank you for all the coffee too. Breakfast and pool area are shared, it was nice and comfortable. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It even has cooking oil, salt, and some spices, utensils are basic. The trails are short distance. Staff was friendly. Cocles beach is my favorite in the area so I’ll say it’s well...
