“Had a lovely short stay at the hotel. The staff were very curteous and helpful and would go beyond to assist. Got a free transfer to the hotel. Fascinating view of the pyramids while in the rooftop pool or having a meal or even from my room. And it’s 1/10th of the price of the hotel where I initially intended to. It looked empty and I’m sure services would improve if it was busy.”

“No red flags here, all superb, helpful and trustworthy. Saif and the crew accomodated us late night and early morning with excellent service. Very friendly and great in communication and efficiency. The room was luxurious with a great view of the Pyramids. Bring earplugs if you have a hard time sleeping. The city around is lively, which we liked.”

“It was a very average hotel. The room surely has had a pet in it before because I am Allergic to pets and I got an allergy reaction. Also the bedding surely had a pets fur on it because I woke up Both mornings with a swollen face and sneezing. Be careful of them offering you a car. There is uber in Cairo and dramatically cheaper. They wanted to charge us a lot for a small drive. The food is average I. Their restaurant is nice roof top. But there is no alcohol We ordered wine and beer……
