「Room was very clean, staff helpful and polite I ate in “ the Chinese “ restaurant waited 25 minutes for my drink and 45 minutes for 1 appetiser plate and 1 noodle dish !! Half the appetisers were cold and the noodle dish was very salty ( not from the soy , too much added salt ) I did tell the staff and they seemed very unbothered Shame as everything else was great. 」

「Service is excellent, the price is worthy with the view. Facilities and hygiene are satisfactory. Counter would recommend but not hard selling tours to you. The only odor problem is from the streets which is out from their control. 」

「what can I say? This hotel is beautiful, amazing, and very comfortable bed. The only gripe I have is there are no plugs in the bathroom and for a lady like me that needs to blow dry her hair. I had to use the plug next to the bed with no mirror. Otherwise, this is an amazing and beautiful hotel. 」

「首先值得一提是hotel.com的客服是非常幫得上忙，因為我要預訂酒店的機場接送，他們可以幫我直接聯絡到酒店的負責人取得WhatsApp ，使我可以直接跟他們聯絡上，可以預訂得到機場接送。雖然最後機場接送方面有點小插曲，但最後亦都能成功往返。 酒店方面員工親切，特別是酒店的負責人都非常盡責，在這裏需要特別表揚，謝謝你送給我的甜品及早餐，很貼心的服務。 住宿方面算是舒適，大堂華麗，只是房間有點舊（是可以接受的），但整體都很整潔，服務員都非常有禮貌和殷勤，在頂樓的泳池很乾淨，泳池的服務員也足夠，不停會為客人服務，整體值9.5分。 酒店的四周圍環境好像正在開發中，晚上街道都很熱鬧，感覺安全」

「I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. 」
