「Very cute place to stay when you’re in Port Dover. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main area in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the street and the host was very responsive. Only feedback I have is that the place could’ve been cleaned in the kitchen better! For people wanting to stay here, realize that there are people living upstairs so you may hear sounds fron time to time. Overall, recommend staying here if you ever visit Port Dover!」

「The listing didn't really show but there is also a living room area for sitting together inside the cottage, not just the bedrooms and kitchen area shown in the listing. Our main issue was there was no water access for swimming which we thought there would be. The shoreline was covered in dead fish and algae so the smell was very strong just sitting by the steps. 「Overall a good time. Home is as advertised on the lake with access to water. Good deal for cost. Inside was clean but outside maybe needs to be hosed down a bit as the whole house had cobwebs and dead bugs on it. You will need to get your own firewood just 2 mins walk but that's ok. The barbecue ran out of propane so we did not barbecue the second night though I think there was another tank, though we did not feel comfortable changing it. 「We stayed at this cottage for 3 nights. It fit 8 adults and 2 children comfortably. The place was clean and it provided lots of amenities. The views of the lake were spectacular and the dock was very useful for getting into the lake. 」
