Villa Miradouro is a secluded top of the cliff property with no direct neighbours, surrounded by extensive lush green gardens and a large 10 x 5 metre pool facing the ocean offering spectacular panoramic views and sunsets. Maid service is provided up to three days per week (subject to availability) to keep the property clean and spotless. The service includes cleaning, laundry, garden and pool maintenance. The Villa is located in Faja da Ovelha, Calheta - south west coast of the Island, an area blessed with stunning unspoiled countryside, bird wildlife (binoculars recommended) and quaint villages Paul and Jardim do Mar only minutes away. It is a mere 15 minutes drive from the seaside resort of Calheta. The Villa is south west facing with excellent exposure to the sunshine, offering more than 180 degree panoramic views of the Atlantic, a lighthouse, countryside, coastline and incredible sunset views.
Experience absolute tranquillity and relaxation. Completely renovated in modern style with rustic features, tastefully furnished to a high standard. The Villa benefits from a swimming pool 10 x 5 metre with a heated shower, built-in BBQ with a large patio lit up for open-air dining. There are many books for you to choose from the bookcase as well as a large selection of board games (chess, cards, family games, puzzles, etc.).
