"This hotel is excellent, and the staff are always helpful and willing to help with any concerns that you might have. There are a couple of areas that could be of concern, however. The first is that the hotel itself is near the freeway, and the room I was in was facing that area. So a lot of noise from cars in the night. To give credit to the staff, when I told them of this they offered to change my room to one further from the freeway. Still, if that’s not an option and you have a room facing the freeway, pack earplugs. The second is that this hotel does have breakfast, but it’s mostly cold food except for waffles. No eggs, sausages, or the like. It is free, but again want to be honest in this review. On the whole, however, this is an excellent hotel with many amenities for travel, and its proximity to Old Town Temecula was perfect for my trip. I would certainly recommend this hotel."

"We loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. I love that i can just easily communicate with staffs through text message. The kids love the pool & basketball court/gym! Property were nice & clean & quiet. The suite had cooking & eating utensils, & stove but there were no pots or pans to cook anything. I did a little research & read that they do have it but we didnt have it in our room. Not sure if it's different for certain rooms. Pool hrs are until 10 pm but"

"For the price, it was good. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. All in all, a nice little oasis visit in the middle of a blistering hot road trip. The half eaten burger sitting in the elevator corner was an awkward welcome, though. (To be fair, it was cleaned up by the time I was on the elevator again.) The red gel soap leaking from the dispenser and splattered on the shower floor was an initial, uncomfortable shock. Not a bodily fluid, just a cracked dispenser but still unfortunate. Again, for the price, it was otherwise fine. Would I want to stay here more than one night? Probably not."
