It is not 5 star as advertised, but more like 3 star. The breakfast is very limited and basic. “The Calm House was exactly as described… a calm house. This stay was exactly what my friends and I needed after being in busy Hanoi! The staff/family that manage the property treated us like family and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.
