Appreciate and enjoy the large garden that surrounds it for over 400 square meters, ideal for sunbathing, reading a book, or eating outdoors: privacy and relaxation are guaranteed. Two sun loungers and a large table for six people, as well as a parasol, complete the green space that is all yours.

You will be welcomed by a very large, airy open-plan living area, flooded with natural light, whose view of the garden and outdoor dining area makes it even more pleasant, creating a harmonious dialogue between the interior and exterior.

The kitchen is equipped like your own and is ideal for those who love to cook: dishwasher, oven, microwave, utensils, and everything you need to prepare whatever you want.

There are two bedrooms: one double, with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers; the other with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and desk with drawers. Both rooms have large windows overlooking the greenery.

There are also two comfortable bathrooms with windows, complete with shower and bidet.

All the main rooms are equipped with air conditioning, double glazing, and mosquito nets, allowing for rest, silence, and air circulation.

If you wish, you can leave your car in the parking space inside the property and ride your bike to the beach.
