“I had several interactions with staff and they were all great! Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, effective. The building is a basic motel. The rooms have vinyl wood floors and are very clean. I had two dogs with me and when I paid $175 extra it seemed maybe I should get something for that. But no dog bowls, no cookies, no poop bags. The disappointment was we were there 3 days for a local hospital medical treatment and had to wait for clearance call by 12:30 that we did not need to stay longer. “Harborline was a last min decision added onto the end of vaca, that was a delightful experience. The pros, I appreciate a hotel that carpets the hall. It reduces noises considerably. The pillows were for me the perfect thickness. Not overly fluffy, and not to thin. One pillow comfortably alighted my spine as a slide sleeper. The staff were exceptional, and the room was immaculately clean. My only complaint is that every hotel shower in this trip there's not step or seat to rest your foot on……
