"I don't remember seeing in the contract where we had to start a load of towels but it was on the list on the dining room table house chores. I had contacted Jean and ask about coffee and she said there was coffee and a coffee cake at the house. There were 6 in our group and only 2 small packages for the entire stay (Friday evening thru Sunday morning). Property is centrally located from the trailhead and downtown. I'm not sure the thermostat was working. Nice that each room had itsit'sown bath."

"Great place to stay. I am a repeat guest. Staff is helpful and friendly. Close to shopping and attractions, specifically Manitou Incline. Bus to the incline is right across the street. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Will stay again."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations but the new Buffalo Bar is open and real nice - Jamie is fantastic! I didn’t get to the restaurant but had the Buffalo Burger at the bar and it was excellent. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was fine, window a/c was a bit noisy but I slept well. No valet sign so I parked out front in the street (scan the QR on sign, and pay fee at 7am online with plate#). Easy access to Pike Peak in the morning."

"We chose this property in Manitou Springs because it was pet friendly and close to town, and it did not disappoint. It’s rustic from the outside, but remodeled, clean and well-equipped on the inside. There is a small living area with comfortable sectional sofa and TV, a nice dining area, and large modern kitchen. The primary bedroom downstairs has a king bed and en suite bathroom, and the bedroom upstairs has a double and queen bed, with bathroom- perfect for families. There is a small outdoor area for grilling. It is in a great location- very walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Manitou Springs."
