“The staff was extremely unprofessional. their we’re homeless people hanging in side of the lobby.. this is the worse experience i have ever had at à la quinta!! i’ll never return. bed was clean doors in the room were dirty!!!”

“Property was an old building that had been refurbished but still had items that weren't upgraded. Such as the old fiberglass shower stall. Room smelled old. Pillows were flat. Was just ok.”

“The checkin was smooth. Great location near Liberty University and shops. Male employee at breakfast area was super welcoming. Some damage to bathroom wall drywall area but otherwise very clean and well kept. Safe parking. Only down side was noisy people I could hear throw wall when trying to sleep. Thankfully bathroom vent fan helped drown it out mostly.”

“Refreshments were nice upon arrival . Loved the mango water at breakfast and the staff yhwt made the lemon water was very helpful . Kitchen staff at breakfast was also so nice. All was quiet and comfortable. Could have a dark roast at bfast lol but was glad ro have good coffee”

“Building looked a little run down but rooms were clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was the same every day but it was tasty and kept well stocked with a variety of options.”

“Last time we stayed there it was much better. This time, we had a king room and there was only 1 mirror that was in the bathroom with the toilet and shower. The sink was outside that room. It was super inconvenient. It made it very hard to do my hair and make-up while my husband was in the shower. The night tables are very small. My lamp did not work.”

“Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The air conditioner is LOUD and I couldn’t adjust temperature or fan settings, not turn it off. We didn’t sleep well because of the noise.”

“Check in was fine, room was dirty, found old contact lenses on the floor. The bed had basically just two sheets on it, no blankets. Just felt dirty all around.”

My only complaint was that the printer was down during our stay and I was unable to get a receipt for the dog deposit. Now I’m out $75 as I can’t get a reimbursement without a receipt. Otherwise, all was great.”
