Unterkunftsfotos entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit

Die Wohnung und der Garten sind in einem verwahrlosten Zustand: der Rasen ist in diesem Jahr wohl noch nicht einmal gemäht worden, so dass der für uns wichtige Grill nicht nutzbar war! Der Garten war insgesamt nicht nutzbar, da er total ungepflegt war! Die Küchenausstattung ist auf unterster Sparflamme gehalten und total veraltet( sehr altes Geschirr und Töpfe, defekte Schranktüren und in allen Zimmern war ein modernder Geruch) Kein Vergnügen, dort zu verweilen! Weder die Agentur vor Ort, noch Fewo.direkt ist uns in irgendeiner Weise entgegen gekommen! Wir hatten den Eindruck, es ist denen egal, wie wir uns dort im Urlaub fühlen! Daher nie wieder in diese Wohnung und auch nie wieder über Ihre Agentur! Es geht Ihnen scheint‘s nur um Ihren Profit und nicht um das Wohl der Kunden! Sehr traurig 😞
