"Very basis budget hotel"

"Only negative was that it is not made clear upon booking that you can get reduced rate of parking at Trinity. It states no parking on the description and I was only made aware at check in that they get reduced parking close by, when I had already parked miles away. "

"We had an upgrade to a suite which was wonderful, spacious and clean. Nice touch with complementary water. The toiletries were a well known brand. We had dressing robes which was a nice touch too. Breakfast was excellent, continental and full English could be had. Highly recommend a stay here. "

"The hotel was immaculate and breakfast was good but the stand out feature of our stay were the staff. All staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, courteous and we loved the sense of humour of the male member of staff greeting us at breakfast. Our room was lovely and comfortable and the discount on hotel bar items was great. "

"It was ok. It was my wife’s 40th and wasn’t much of a fuss made and the room was really small. We had another couple stay at the same hotel at the same time paid less and they was offered a bigger room on arrival and free parking. They had a bigger room for free and they paid less and they was celebrating me wife’s 40th which was disappointing. Other than that it was a Nike clean today place and staff was welcoming "

"The location was excellent with easy access to restaurants and public transport into Leeds / harrogate if needed. The furnishing in the apartment is a little sparse, working hours would have benefited from a dining table. But if you’re planning to be out and about all day this is a great place to stay. "
