Food was not good, not enough variety. Some of the staff were very rude when you asked them something.No entertainment pretty boring. Our fridge didn’t work , hair dryer didn’t work asked to replace it and they never did, safe didn’t work . We did have a nice view but honestly the hotel is old and it could use a renovation.

We had to call everyday and ask for the fridge to be stocked towels and wash cloths food was less than mediocre. We were suppossed to get robes and slippers with the room we had to ask and the robes had no belts and the slippers looked used..there were not enough towels for the beach. Highly recommend you go somewhere else. Extremely disappointed stagf was unfriendly and really didn't care. Mirror in bathroom had black mold the frame

We stayed for one night and then spent $6000 to change to a different resort we were having such an awful time. The entire vibe feels like an overpriced hotel with a community pool vibe. Nothing like the other resorts we have stayed at in Mexico. The food was inedible. It was awful. The service was awful. When we went to the buffet each time we had to find a waiter after sitting for 10-15+ minutes to ask for a drink. And when we did they seemed viciously annoyed we were even asking. The elevators were beyond slow. We would wait more than 20 minutes for an elevator because half of them were out of service. The vibes were just atrocious. I’m not someone who is generally picky, but when you’re spending that kind of money you want a good experience. It was just not good at all. The building itself felt gloomy with all the restaurants very close together, I felt like I was in a run down shopping mall. Don’t waste your money. Learn from my mistakes

Overall it was enjoyable. The food was okay you definitely will not starve unless you’re picky there is something for everyone. It is a family resort so keep in mind lots of kids everywhere. If you want a spot on the beach or by the pool take a towel down to by 6:30am or 7am anything later then that you won’t get a seat anywhere until about 5pm. The staff is wonderful.

PROS: It is a beautiful hotel with 3 connected swimming pools near the beach and a children water park on the other end. The beach has recliners, a lifeguard, a gym, a expensive spa, and many restaurants and bars, apart from the general buffet area. It is at a walking distance to a Mayan anthropological site and museum. The staff is amicable and professional. The place is clean. CONS: It is very difficult to get a table at one of the restaurants, but when you finally get one, you realize the food is no better than the one offered at the buffet area. If you have an allergy, the buffet area is not the best place to eat, since they use the same utensils and cross-contaminate everything. The quality of the food is OK, nothing exceptional. The two stores inside the hotel sell beach stuff, but at prices that you wouldn't believe: $40 for a sun screen bottle!!! More than $100 for a pair of pants!!! That's ridiculous.

Everything was perfect! I honestly couldn’t find a single flaw during our stay at Seadust Cancun! 🌊 Food: No reservations needed—you can eat at any restaurant freely. The steakhouse and buffet were absolutely delicious. Total food freedom! Fun: The pools were super clean, the water park was a blast, and the beach is right there—soft sand and stunning views. Service: Every staff member was warm and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The room had an amazing view—watching the sunrise was simply breathtaking. This place is perfect for couples and families alike. If you’re looking for a hassle‑free all‑inclusive with great food and beautiful scenery, Seadust is a 10/10. Highly recommended! ✅

Even though this resort is supposed to be all-inclusive, there's so many things that you either have to wait in line for, or just aren't available. We're never going back for sure!

Great family resort! Not a big fan of it trying to sell you their membership. Great food options and plenty of pool.

Hotel was beautiful and rooms were wonderful. No smell of moisture in the rooms which is common in some areas. Food was below average and dinner staff lacked hospitality. Their main focus was to get you fed and out of the restaurants with no check ins in between dish courses. Food lacked any flavour; but specifically, Manhatten had to be the worst restaurant to eat at. Overall I would not choose to stay at this resort again
