「Lovely clean property with friendly, helpful staff right on the beach」

「We used two bedrooms during our stay and neither had wi-fi working. Breakfast was chaotic with guests waiting for clean crockery etc. to arrive etc. The leisure facilities are good and the views from sea facing rooms are excellent.」

「Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. 「a farmhouse, you can feel the humidity of the stone wall room, a bit too dark inside the room, but general acceptable beautiful environment, you can enjoy a very good countryside view (inc the corfe castle ruins), if you dont want to drive to the town to have lunch or dinner, you can enjoy the local meal at the farmhouse restaurant」

「The location was perfect for us as we were going to the theatre. (2 minute walk). Walking to town didn’t take much longer and we enjoyed looking around. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and offered advice about where to visit. It was nice to be greeted with a smile and the same for when we went down for breakfast. We enjoyed breakfast very much, which was beautifully cooked and presented. To have parking at such a central location was great. We did have to play around getting out...

「Great rural location (i am not a golfer), really nice room, clean and comfortable and reasonably stylish. Only let downs were; paper thin walls so could hear quiet conversations in the adjacent rooms, and a noisy shower (neighbour showered at 1am!). it was a heatwave; room fans were provided but it would have been good to fully ventilate the rooms. Due to work commitments i had to leave before breakfast so can't comment on that.」

「Great guest house, great room, great en suite, great breakfast and friendly attendant. Probably the cleanest place we've stayed in. Very close to the railway station and only a few minutes' walk into the town centre. You could hear a bit of traffic but it soon blended in to the background.」
