"房間隔音非常的差，不只能聽到走廊上的所有對話，連隔壁房的聲音也能聽得到。隔壁沖馬桶的聲音大到我們以為是我們房間的廁所馬桶聲音。 房間裏放了很多酒、水、還有很多我們不需要的東西（不是只有在冰箱及Mini bar），扇子、帽子、衣服等等，每樣東西都有明碼標價（標價當然很好，讓住客知道這需要另外付費）但這些商品佔據了房間內的空間，也讓人住起來很無法放鬆。"

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"

"Our stay here was pleasant overall. The free breakfast is nice with a great variety. There’s only a minor issue with the room service. We asked for one but came back late at night and found the housemaid never came. Thankfully, the front desk was able to accommodate that after we called."
