「It is extremely disappointing that Expedia is promoting and selling packages to a property that is clearly rundown, outdated, and unprofessional. This experience has fallen far below any reasonable expectation for what was advertised.
I am especially frustrated that I paid for what was meant to be a memorable spring break trip for my son, only for it to be wasted at a resort that does not meet basic standards of quality or service.
The conditions at the property were unacceptable:
