“Half the restaurants were never opened and when they do open you could barely get a reservation as they close it at 2 pm. They need new beach chair covers. So gross covered in bird poop and ripped up. Make sure when you go they don’t just give you a random room and they give you the room you booked.”

“I am genuinely surprised by the positive reviews this hotel has received, as my experience was extremely disappointing. The only significant advantage of this property is its location. It is within walking distance of the Marina, where there are much better dining options. Upon arrival, our room was noticeably unclean. The bed sheets and pillowcases appeared stained, and some spots even resembled mold. I requested that the room be cleaned and the linens replaced on the second day of our stay.……

When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“When I booked my stay .It said breakfast included .when myself and guest got there for breakfast we was told that our stay doesn’t include Breakfast atp I was confused .Tried rectifying with management to no avail.So I ended up paying $30 USD for the worst breakfast ever in my life .I contacted Expedia and the representative confirmed that my stay included Breakfast.Representative contacted hotel and to no avail.”
