Villa GdU is 2.5 km from the sea and under 1h by boat from the Aeolian Islands. Built in 2023, the villa combines modern style with superb views. It’s ideal for holidays or remote work, offering fast Wi-Fi, new air conditioning, and all home comforts.
Guests can relax on the 360° terrace, dine on the spacious patio, or unwind in the olive grove with unique sea views.
From Capo d’Orlando, it’s easy to discover beaches, villages, and Sicilian gems like Cefalù or Taormina (approx 1h driving). This modern villa combines comfort with the natural beauty of Sicily’s northern coast. With 250 sqm of inside space it offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including one in-room, all equipped with premium air conditioning. Upstairs there are the bedrooms and a stylish living room with a chill area, work desk and HD monitors, perfect for blending business and leisure. The ground floor features a spacious open space with two lounges and a dining area, directly connected to the panoramic patio through large sliding windows.
