The service was very professional and polite. The hotel has an excellent location if the Laguito neighborhood is what you are looking for. We were meeting with friends staying across the street at the Hilton but didn't want to spend $400 per night. The hotel was clean, but somewhat dated. The air conditioner in the room worked but it was rather noisy, like the fan bearings needed replaced. There is a mini bar, but around the corner there is a carry out. Breakfast was rather spartan, but adequate. Eggs, soup, cheap ham and sandwich cheese, a few fruits, and cereal. I would stay here again, and it's good for the price but it isn't anything spectacular.

Amazing service

All front desk staff are fluent in English, are very warm and friendly and eager to help. Elkin was amazing and helped me quite a bit. Breakfast was a great, fruits were amazing. Pool is very small and the area around the hotel is very noisy, so no chance of afternoon nap. The noise dies down after 10 :00pm, so you can get a good night sleep.

Average hotel, only gives you the essential things

It's a average hotel, only given you the essential things. The pool is basically a tub, The breakfast is very simple, The room isn't a modern one, In the shower sometimes you have a current and hot water, and sometimes you don't. And the worst thing is that they charge you a 75000 COP for a guest !!! On the other hand, It's close to the beach, The stuff are friendly and polite, some of them knows English. And u don't need a key card to turn on the electricity in the room. For my opinion, I would recommend to go to a different hotel... Like the holiday inn Express or the Hamptons. They are much much better !!! And they charge not a lot more per day.

posizione decentrata ma servirà bene. hotel: rumoroso (forse xk la mia stanza al pian terreno) causa del personale nel svolgere i loro compiti. la pulizia discreta ma ma alcune deficienze nella manutenzione specie in bagno. terribile la mancanza di circolazione d'aria nel bagno (neppure una ventola) Colazione con poca varietà di prodotti. rapporto qualità prezzo discreta, da migliorare.
